What is Teambeats™ class like?

It combines functional training, cardio and strength circuits, guided by on-screen videos and heart rate data to ensure efficient training using various training styles, including AMRAP, EMOM, and TABATA.

Perform as many rounds or repetitions of a set of exercises as possible within a specified time limit.

Start a specific exercise at the beginning of each minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting again.

A high-intensity interval training protocol consisting of 20 seconds of maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 8 rounds (totaling 4 minutes).

Anyone interested in a group fitness class that uses heart rate data to guide and optimize their workout.
